Refund Policy
In the credit repair industry, no company can predict a certain outcome when working on a client’s report. Because of this, we will do our best to assist you with removing inaccurate, incorrect and unverifiable information from your credit report.
If for any Reason you are not satisfied with our service, we will refund you the last month of service. Upon issuing the refund for last month of service, all work will stop on your account and no further work will be done.

Privacy Policy
Information about you can be categorized as (a) personally identifiable information, or (b) non-personally identifiable information. “Personally identifiable information” is information that we collect from you, such as your name, postal address, telephone number, fax number, and email address. “Non- personally identifiable information” is information that we collect from you that does not include your name or any information that would allow us to contact you.
Some of the ways in which we use your personally identifiable information may include using it to prepare disputes, to provide you with information that you may request, and to customize your credit repair experience. It is important for you to understand that we may use a third-party processor to handle our disputes. We generally require that the third-party processor not disclose personally identifiable information or use it other than as necessary to perform their services for us.
We do not sell or give your personally identifiable information to other marketers or retailers for them to use to contact you about offers or promotions of their own.
Personally identifiable information will be provided in order to comply with a subpoena or court order, or when we are required to do so by law. We may also disclose personally identifiable information in cooperation with a law enforcement or government request. It is important for you to understand that the above policies and restrictions do not apply to our use or disclosure of your non-personally identifiable information. Non-personally identifiable information may be shared.
Personally identifiable information from you is collected by you actively providing the information through the credit repair sign-up process.
Terms & Conditions
Client understands that HYPEUP Solutions LLC will seek to correct or remove erroneous, outdated, or incorrectly reported information from the bureaus, as allowed by state and federal law, and understands that HYPEUP Solutions LLC makes no claim beyond those changes allowed by state and/or federal law. This includes, but may not be limited to, inquiries, addresses, aliases, creditor accounts, and personal information. Additionally, client understands that no guarantee of any particular score is made through this agreement, as doing so would imply an intimate knowledge of the proprietary formulas used by the credit scoring models to calculate score that HYPEUP Solutions LLC does not possess.
Client understands that it is the right of any consumer to execute similar disputes or requests on their own behalf, but has willfully elected to allow HYPEUP Solutions LLC to perform the services for the agreed upon fee, pursuant to the fee schedule included herein. Additionally, by virtue of the client's electronic signature, client acknowledges understanding of, and agreement to the policies, terms, and conditions, outlined in the agreement, and have been made aware of his rights as a consumer in matters of credit reporting through all applicable and necessary laws and disclosures.
